HEC-ULg Entrepreneurs is a Master’s degree program in management sciences with a specialized objective in entrepreneurship. It is open to University graduates from all branches and all faculties.
HEC-ULg Entrepreneurs: a winning experience for enterprises as well!
For our students, the HEC-ULg Entrepreneurs training program entails direct access to the spirit of entrepreneurship. For enterprises, it is also a unique opportunity to move forward with one of their projects.
HEC-ULg Entrepreneurs is a training program turned toward entrepreneurship in the broad sense It features a practical teaching and learning system, which is unique in Belgium and is entirely organized around and complementary to enterprises, both in Belgium and abroad.
After all, entrepreneurship requires first and foremost a state of mind, a cultural approach, anapproach to life, beyond business as such. The transfer of experience is thus accompanied by a transfer of a manner of being, which is indispensible for entering and progressing in professional life.
Supervised by their mentors and working in multidisciplinary teams, the participants work on real questions provided by the enterprises and produce professional analyses and solutions in response to the questions the enterprises have raised.
HEC-ULg Entrepreneurs: a “Win – Win” Partnership.
- Multidisciplinary teams of university graduates (engineers, holders of master’s degrees in management, legal experts, sociologists, holders of master’s degrees in communication, etc.);
- Concrete studies that the client enterprises can use directly;
- Coaching given by professionals for each team in action;
- A Right-Hand Mission lasting 6 weeks, during which each participant follows the director of an enterprise day by day and discovers what an entrepreneur’s life is like;
- A mixture of knowledge and culture via the presence of students coming from all kinds of training backgrounds and countries;
- 5 juries during which around one hundred professionals from all sectors assess the work of the teams and can exchange points of view. The discussions can continue during the concluding cocktail parties.
