In just a few years, the non-profit sector has come a long way with the professionalisation of its HRM, at least in some of its components. The most innovative experimentations are emerging in the non-profit sector , notably via projects about the HRM quality development or the implementation of HR indicators adapted to the specificity of the job. These two subjects will ba at the core of the third study day 'HR Challenges in Non Profit', this 31st of January 2012.
