Flexible management modes allow for HEC-ULg continuous adaptation to its environment and the realization of its teaching, research and service to the external stakeholders missions. Its innovating and specific governance ensures its unique anchorage to the economic world via :

• An important presence of the enterpise in the School Council, in charge of strategic decisions, budget and programs;

• A Gouvernance Council, mainly composed by enterprises representatives, national and international, in charge of evaluating the strategic positioning for the school, and find adequate additional financial means;

•  HEC-ULg Executive School ASBL.
