All the courses at HEC-ULg Executive School are constructed in relation to the skills to be developed, and defined in concert with our trainers and our clients.  As part of a university we integrate the characteristics of a university into the design and roll-out of our programs, notably a reflective approach, familiarity with research and a passion for learning.

Furthermore, HEC-ULg Executive School believes that high-quality courses cannot be achieved without intensive practical use of the tools and concepts by the participants. Our courses are therefore designed around as many individual and group exercises as possible.

Our trainers are particularly careful to allow participants to exchange practices and tools based on their daily work experiences. In this way they have the opportunity to develop pragmatic solutions and  techniques which are applicable in their professional lives.

Concerning longer training programs, close coordination between HEC-ULg Executive School and its clients makes it possible to verify that the content and methodology offered is enabling trainees to acquire the knowledge, the know-how and the interpersonal skills necessary for their professional success.
