HEC-ULg and ISC (Kinshasa)
HEC Management School University of Liege and the ULg Faculty of Law and Political Science are joining the Institut Supérieur de Commerce in Kinshasa to create a congolese Master in Management and Business Law.
This programme aims to train executives or future executives with strategic management abilities. This training is providing access to a congolese degree and an ULg University Certificate. At the end of the training, the student is awarded a ULg certificate that is taken into account when applying for a degree at the ULg. The courses will be given at the Institut Supérieur de Commerce (ISC) in Kinshasa by teachers from the two partners institutions. The pedagogy is active, practical and based on numerous case studies. Courses are in french.
Target-audience
The certifiate is opened to congolese executives from local enterprises, holding at least a second cycle degree, with ideally a 2-years experience in enterprise. In other cases, the jury might organize an individual interview with the applicant or ask for a detailed record confirming work experience.

Introduction à la Gestion et au Droit de l'entreprise ("Introduction to Management and Business Law") - Tronc commun (210h)
MODULE 1. Marketing et Management ("Marketing and Management") (90h)
MODULE 2. Finance et Banque ("Finance and Bank") (90h)
MODULE 3. Droits des affaires ("Business Law") (90h)
The programme includes 26 weeks of class: 13 courses (7 in core curriculum + 6 courses (2 modules to be selected by the student)). Each course will be assessed and the student will present a project within the context of a chosen field enabling him to develop a personal task linked with his enterprise. |
