Pre-Job Days
The “Pre-Job Days” are aimed at preparing students to participate in the best way possible in the “Job Days” event, when they will be faced, perhaps for the first time, with company leaders.
During the Pre-Job Days, recruiting professionals will deal with the following subjects in particular: skills summary, drafting a Curriculum Vitae and a letter of motivation and preparing a job interview. Different activities are also offered: simulated interviews, graphological study and analysis of CV.
Job Days
The “Job Days” are days during which students in their final year can meet enterprises who are looking to recruit young graduates. During this event, 3 activities are made available:
The Job Day takes place in the morning with the chance to hear presentations by various enterprises, explaining their activities and the opportunities they can offer.
The Lunch, in the form of a cold buffet, is organized by a caterer and is an opportunity to chat more informally with the representatives of the participating companies.
The Job Fair in the afternoon is an “Enterprises – Students” expo, which provides an opportunity to make a more personalized contact with the enterprises in view of later recruitment.
CV Book
We also offer the possibility of adding students’ CVs to the HEC-ULg CV Book. This real database will be given to enterprises in order to assist their search for the ideal candidate.
Campus Recruitment
To ease the recruitment of new graduates, the Campus Recruitment OIC is organizing meeting events for enterprises and students.
