• 12/09/13-13/09/13      Welcome day at ULg (attendance strongly recommended)        
• 14/09/13                      Welcome session at HEC-ULg (10 am - 1 pm - Main Hall N1) -                                     MANDATORY - In case of absence the student will not be allowed
                                       to start the exchange period!
• 16/09/13                      Beginning of teaching period Fall/Winter semester
• 23/09/13 - 24/09/13    French level tests for evening class S1 
                                      (ISLV - central building A1 - Pl. XX août 7)
• 02/10/13 - 13/12/13    French evening class S1 starts

• 10/10/13                      Final deadline to submit the changes of the learning agreement
