Important dates for future Exchange/Erasmus students (Fall 2012):
- 01/03/12 - 15/05/12 : Online registration
- 31/05/12 : Final deadline for submission of the printed documents
- 01/06/12 - 15/06/12 : Checking of the Applications forms
- July: Letters of acceptance are sent to students
Non UE students are processed upon receipt of the complete application form.
- 31/08/12 -14/09/12 French preparatory course P1 (free of charge - no credits)
- 13 and 14/09/12 Welcome days at ULg (attendance strongly recommended)
- 15/09/12 Welcome session at HEC-ULg (attendance requested)
- 17/09/12 Classes start
- 24 et 25/09/2012 French level test
- Early October English test

- 02/04/12 - 15/04/12 Easter Break
- 21/05/12 - 30/06/12 Exam period

- 26/03/12 - 30/03/12: Transcripts are sent to the home coordinators
