Admission and enrollment procedures
The admission procedure varies depending on whether or not you hold a diploma from an institution situated within the European Union.
All the information concerning the admission procedures is given on the Liege University site under “Foreign Students”.
Your application will be assessed by an admissions panel which will accept or reject your request. If your application is successful, the ULg Admissions Service will issue you a “letter of admission” which will allow you to register at Liege University in our faculty, “HEC-Ecole de Gestion de l'Université de Liège” (HEC-Management School of the University of Liege).
Enrollment: information and calendar
N.B. the latest dates to submit an admission request are mandatory:
European Union foreign students: 15 August 2014 for academic year 2013- 2014
Non European Union students: 30 April 2014 for academic year 2013- 2014
Until you have received the “letter of admission” issued by the Admissions Service, you will not be able to enroll at the University. As soon as you receive this letter, you can use it for your visa application and your definitive enrollment.
