Biography: Frank Lambrechts is a Professor and the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business Economics at Hasselt University (Belgium). He holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology (Tilburg University, the Netherlands) and a PhD in Applied Economics (Hasselt University, Belgium/Jyväskylä University, Finland). At the Research Center for Entrepreneurship & Family Firms, his research focuses on the relational practices that shape collaboration dynamics, systemic learning, and strength-based change (Appreciative Inquiry) in a diversity of organizing contexts. He has facilitated change and learning processes in various organizations, MBA, and executive postgraduate programs. His work has been published in Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Business Ethics, Family Business Review, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, Journal of Family Business Strategy, British Medical Journal (BMJ) Quality & Safety, Journal of Management Inquiry, among others. He also serves as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Family Business Strategy.
